  • "We brought our Polaris RZR 800 to Loose Wheels as the clutch was grinding every time it was shifted. The Service was excellent We were greeted by James who immediately unloaded our Polaris and took it to the service area. Lincoln discussed the problem with me and took care of the problem all with in 30 minuets. James loaded the Polaris back on the trailer and tied it down.What excellent service by Lincoln and James, They are both very, very efficient and are top notch when it comes to knowledge and customer service. Your service person, Lincoln checked it out on the spot & repaced a very badly worn drive belt. I found the service SUPER & Lincoln is a most valued employee. I wish we had him here in Oklahoma.
